The Dark Grimoire: An interactive roleplaying community

A slight tinkling sound can be heard as this lithe and lean form approaches, due to various tiny seashells dangling from colorful braided ribbons secured from her belt. Ayla's milky skin is complemented by her long dark hair and bright fierce eyes. Fine silver bracelets glint from each of her slender wrists and a silken bracelet is pushed onto her upper right arm with care. Tied around her left bicep is a cobalt blue ribbon in rememberence of a long lost friend and mentor. She wears finger-less spider silk gloves on her hands which she almost never removes. Ayla now sports a platinum pin in the shape of a heart, with a blade and staff crossed one over the other strung on a blue ribbon around her pale neck. Along with the pin hanging from the ribbon is a friendship ring. Other noteworthy items that she always carries with her are a handsome leatherbound book with a water gem imbedded in the cover, and a basalt knife sheathed in her left boot, each given to her by her dearest friends. She is often seen carving intricate images into gems, shells, and other odds and ends with this special blade.
